We're experts who love what we do and who we do it for.
Unlike many companies today, we don't send contractors to serve our clients. All of us — our consultants, engineers, support technicians, project teams, training teams, help desk team, and admin staff are Seattle-based Fidelis employees working from our own building in Renton. And we all share the same passion: seeing businesses and nonprofits thrive in today's technology-dependent world.

Chad M
IT Support Engineer
Chad enjoys games, puzzles and escape rooms. He says,
“I like to joke that I started IT in Kindergarten. Our class had a brand-new Apple IIe and our teacher was stumped how to power it on and promptly gave up. My younger self was determined to turn this weird new “computer thing” on. I’ll always remember the shocked look on her face when she turned around after hearing it beep to life and I proudly told her I found the power switch on the back.”

Chris M
Strategic Account Manager & Engineer
I believe the team structure we have developed is the foundation for our growth.
Chris acts as our Project Manager, and has been with Fidelis since the early days. He has over 15 years of experience in the communications industry, is certified on numerous phone systems and PBXs, and holds Fiber Optics certifications as well. In addition to his technical expertise, Chris brings valuable leadership to our team as an embodiment of the Fidelis core values.
“My goals are to grow and sharpen my management skills so that I can continue to provide support and influence as a team member for the success of Fidelis. I believe the team structure we have developed is the foundation for our growth. This in turn has allowed us to provide the service and support our customers need and have come to expect from us.”
When outside the office, Chris can be found alongside his wife at baseball fields across the nation, cheering on their son in his Select baseball program. He can also be found hitting home runs of his own on his softball league. Come spring and summer, it’s not a Monday morning if Chris doesn’t show up with a welt or a bruise endured from sacrificing his body for the ball. He might be the nicest person you ever met off the field, but on it – this guy is competitive!
Greg P
Client Operations & Accounting Specialist
Greg holds a BA from The Evergreen State College. He came to us after 13 years of working for the Puget Sound Blood Center (now Bloodworks Northwest).
He enjoys having worked in various roles at Fidelis including traveling for out of state IT support, fleet management, procurement, and accounts receivable.
An interesting tidbit about Greg: He was born in Seattle, and his family has lived in Washington since his great-grandfather homesteaded in Eastern Washington in the late 1800’s. His family still operates that ranch to this day.
Tony R
Project and Service Coordinator
Tony came to us with over twenty years in telecommunications – from Field Engineer to Project Manager to Dispatcher. His transition into coordinating for our operations department is a testament to his experience, versatility and wisdom.
Tony says “To be a part of a team that is 100% on the same page – laser focused on providing the best quality work for our clients – add to that the fact that we have such great relationships with our clients…….it’s WIN/WIN!”.
In time away from Fidelis, Tony loves having adventures with his family, enjoying the outdoors, playing soccer with his girls and Denver Bronco football.
William
Project and Service Coordinator
William is a University of Wisconsin Parkside graduate and comes to us most recently from the Parks and Rec Department of the City of Astoria, where he was the Recreation Leader. There he gained recognition as Employee of the Month. He’s already won our hearts with his awesome attitude, great work ethic, and sharp mind.
His goals here at Fidelis are to learn, grow, and build his experience. He enjoys helping our clients, and we think he’s pretty good at it.
In his off time, William enjoys baseball (which he played through college), mountain biking, hiking, backpacking and coaching baseball.
Melissa B
Project Manager and Trainer
With over 20 years of keen customer service experience in a variety of areas, I want to bring my joy of helping others to the Fidelis family. My goals are centered around growth and development as a person and an employee. Something that drew me to Fidelis is the name itself, “faithful and dependable.”
My wife and I enjoy taking our two daughters on new adventures and experiences, from camping to flying to new places or just taking a quick weekend road trip to get away together. We also love helping our daughters learn more about softball and watching them progress and grow. I’ve also been told I enjoy making lists and organizing.
Rachelle B
Accounting Specialist
Rachelle brings more than 26 years of experience in the Information Technology field, with a career that has evolved from hands-on tech support to her current focus behind the scenes in invoicing and operations. Early in her career, she was hooked after landing a role in tech and jumping right into laptop repairs—despite the challenge of tiny screws and long nails.
Her passion lies in the ever-evolving nature of technology and in partnering with clients to align their business goals with the right solutions. Whether working directly with customers or supporting the team through internal processes, Rachelle approaches her work with problem-solving energy and a love for continuous learning.
Outside of Fidelis, Rachelle is an avid DIYer. She recently converted a weed patch beneath her deck into a 20×10 covered concrete patio using the dry pour method and repurposed a dated 1980s yellow oak TV cabinet into a functional kitchen pantry. When not building or restoring something, she can often be found in a power yoga class, hiking the scenic trails of northeast Tennessee, or playing pickleball.
Holly B
Accounting Specialist
Holly supports Fidelis with bookkeeping and a variety of special projects that help the company run smoothly behind the scenes. She brings enthusiasm and a people-centered approach to her work, always looking for ways to make a positive impact.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys walking, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. She has set a personal goal of completing 52 hikes in 52 weeks and aspires to visit and hike as many National Parks as possible in her lifetime.
An interesting tidbit about Holly: She finds great joy in connecting with others and considers being part of the Fidelis team both an honor and a privilege.
