Where does Fidelis provide services, what’s the response time, and can we get remote support?
Our headquarters are in Renton and we provide full and co-managed IT services across the Greater Seattle area and Puget Sound.
For response times, our target is to review and assess all support requests within 60 seconds.

Does Fidelis deliver its services itself, or do you send contractors?
We prioritize a hands-on, locally staffed approach to service delivery. Our core team, including consultants, engineers, help desk personnel, on-site and remote technicians, project managers, trainers, and our network cabling and infrastructure division, are Fidelis employees based in Renton and strategically located throughout the greater Seattle and Puget Sound areas. This allows us to provide prompt, local support and strategic dispatching tailored to our clients’ needs.
To ensure seamless 24/7 coverage and peak responsiveness, we partner with trusted North America-based providers for overflow IT support and specialized services. These include a dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC), giving our clients access to round-the-clock monitoring and expert-level security operations from teams that focus exclusively on those disciplines.
While many providers rely heavily on third-party contractors, Fidelis remains committed to delivering service primarily through our team, backed by carefully selected partners when necessary to enhance support and extend our capabilities.

Yes. All Fidelis clients are supported by a dedicated account manager who works closely with our service, projects, and support teams to ensure you receive a coordinated experience.
How does Fidelis handle urgent or after-hours support?
Our home-dispatched technician network across the Puget Sound region enables us to respond quickly to emergencies. In addition to rapid daytime dispatching, we maintain dedicated after-hours on-call technicians backed by overflow support resources. This team is ready to triage and resolve urgent incidents, including escalation to our 24/7 SOC (Security Operations Center) and NOC (Network Operations Center) teams-often before you’re even aware of an issue.
Which compliance standards do you cover?
We support regulatory compliance across multiple industries, including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, and others. Our team helps you implement and maintain the right controls to meet your industry’s specific requirements. You’ll find clear pricing for our Fidelis Managed Service Plans (FiMSPs) on our pricing page. Costs vary based on your environment, service level, and support needs. Most plans are billed at a flat monthly rate and include options for monthly, annual, or multi-year agreements.
As for guarantees: we earn your trust through results. You’ll receive monthly performance reports so you can evaluate the value we provide. If you’re interested in a trial or custom contract structure, we’re happy to explore options that work for your team.

Fidelis was founded in Seattle in 2008 by Scott Wittstock, a former Marine and IT communications engineer. Fidelis has since grown to a team of 25+ engineers and customer service agents working from our own building in Renton.
