In addition to our standard coverage, we maintain after-hours on-call technicians supported by overflow resources to ensure you’re covered outside of business hours. When critical issues arise, our team triages immediately and coordinates with our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) partners to take action quickly, often resolving issues before you’re even aware of them. 

We prioritize a hands-on, locally staffed approach to service delivery. Our core team, including consultants, engineers, help desk personnel, on-site and remote technicians, project managers, trainers, and our network cabling and infrastructure division, are Fidelis employees based in Renton and strategically located throughout the greater Seattle and Puget Sound areas. This allows us to provide prompt, local support and strategic dispatching tailored to our clients’ needs.

To ensure seamless 24/7 coverage and peak responsiveness, we partner with trusted North America-based providers for overflow IT support and specialized services. These include a dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC), giving our clients access to round-the-clock monitoring and expert-level security operations from teams that focus exclusively on those disciplines.

While many providers rely heavily on third-party contractors, Fidelis remains committed to delivering service primarily through our team, backed by carefully selected partners when necessary to enhance support and extend our capabilities.

Yes. We provide customized strategic business reviews tailored to each client’s needs-whether annually, quarterly, monthly, or more frequently. Our flexible approach ensures we meet you where you are at to support your evolving business and IT goals.

You’ll work with both a dedicated account manager and a strategic account manager to align technology initiatives with your operations. We also offer regular check-ins and are always available to join planning sessions as needed.

Fidelis was founded in Seattle in 2008 by Scott Wittstock, a former Marine and IT communications engineer. Fidelis has since grown to a team of 25+ engineers and customer service agents working from our own building in Renton.
