Our approach to IT pricing
We hate hidden costs as much as you do. This page will give you an accurate price range for our services,
based on your organization's needs and its current technology.
An IT partnership with Fidelis will cost you far less than adding or expanding an in-house IT team. And there are no surprises: Your plan will be flat rate, helping you control costs and budget long term. And because success is measured by your ROI, you can choose to partner with us on a monthly pay-as-you-go basis for maximum agility.
For a detailed quote or answers to your questions, book a free discovery call with one of our team. It’s not a sales call, just clear guidance in plain English, so you can eliminate the guesswork from outsourcing your IT.
“Fidelis has been our MSP for seven years, a trusted and reliable partner and a joy to work with. They’re attentive, responsive, and accommodating.”

Frequently asked questions
How reliable is the calculator's estimate?
This pricing calculator gives a reliable estimate of the cost of our FiMSP managed IT plans, so you can compare with other providers and decide if you want to explore our offerings further. If you do, you can use the form to select additional services and receive a more precise estimate by email. We may reach out to you for additional details about your needs.
For the best results, book a consultation and we’ll conduct an assessment of your IT resources, challenges, and goals, then provide a detailed proposal with an official quote. This is not a sales call, and is completely free of charge or obligation.
I have my estimate. What’s the next step?
It begins with a conversation with our team (not a sales call).
We need time to understand your business, your resources and goals, and your challenges and bottlenecks. When that’s figured out, we’ll know if our services are right for you. If they are, we’ll propose a roadmap with milestones and an official quote. And if we aren’t a good fit, we’re happy to refer you to a more suitable provider. Book a call now at your convenience.
Will a co-managed IT plan make our existing IT team members redundant?
That’s not our approach. Instead, our co-managed plans are designed to augment your team with our knowledge, resources, tools, and training. This way, they can develop their abilities and improve your IT processes.
What if we don’t have an internal IT team?
No problem. Our plans can either take full ownership of your organization’s IT in a done-for-you model or support whoever is handling your IT in a done-with-you approach.
Will we have to purchase new IT equipment?
Normally no, unless you were already lacking something essential.
What if we have strict compliance obligations?
We have deep experience facilitating multiple regulatory compliance requirements, including HIPAA, PCI, SOX, CMMC, GDPR, and others.
Does Fidelis deliver its services itself, or do you send contractors?
Unlike many MSPs, we do not hire third parties to deliver our services. We’re a full-service business technology organization. Our consultants, engineers, help desk team, project team, training team, and network cabling and infrastructure division are all Seattle-based Fidelis employees.
What is the transition process? How disrupted will we be when Fidelis comes in?
We follow a structured and fully documented onboarding process designed to ensure a painless transition.
It begins with an introductory call to introduce your new Fidelis team, then moves into the information-gathering phase, where we collect details about your locations, contacts, and specific needs for project planning, training, and invoicing.
Then follows a pre-implementation meeting to discuss the project scope, phases, and timeline in detail. During this meeting, we introduce a shared workbook for collaboration and prepare for the onboarding phase.
The onboarding phase involves our project team being on site for 2–3 days, depending on the number of your locations. We deploy agents to your machines, train your users on our Help Desk portal, and address any issues that arise.
The month following onboarding includes weekly check-ins until all details are complete and users are trained.
Finally, we conduct regular check-ins and provide ongoing support to ensure all user problems are resolved and any additional training needs are met.
Where does Fidelis provide services, what are the response times, and can we get remote support?
Our headquarters are in Renton and we provide full and co-managed IT services across the Greater Seattle area and Puget Sound.
For response times, our target is to review and assess all support requests within 60 seconds.
We provide support on site or remotely through our Customer Portal, or call us at 206-725-7728.
Who are you guys?
Fidelis was founded in Seattle in 2008 by Scott Wittstock, a former Marine and IT communications engineer. We have since grown to a comprehensive business technology provider, with teams of consultants, engineers, and customer service agents working from our Fidelis building in Renton. Hundreds of businesses and nonprofits throughout the Greater Seattle area rely on us for their productivity and security. You can learn more here.
