We are hard at work doing what it takes to provide premium service to our Managed IT Services customers in the Seattle area. This week we added two new IT technicians to our Tukwila office and are excited to get them ramped up and ready to jump in and care for our customers! Welcome to both Mark and Jessie – we think they will be great additions to our team, as they both come from technical and customer service driven backgrounds. Take a look at their bios here:
Jessie joins us as a Managed IT Support Technician. Jessie’s experience includes working for Dell, participating in the PRCCDC Hacking Competition, and their honors include membership in the Phi Theta Kappa honor society. In their spare time, Jessie volunteers as a soccer coach for Kent Parks, and builds cosplays for local anime conventions. Jessie says “I am looking forward to working with a company who is not only business minded but also community minded.”
Mark joins our team as a Managed IT Support Technician. Mark has two associate degrees in applied science: IT Systems Specialist and Management. In his personal time he likes spending time with his family and traveling. Mark says “I believe learning other people’s culture is a good way to connect with others and create friends.”
