Low Voltage Cabling Technician

Given our rapid expansion, Fidelis is looking to expand its Cabling Services Team with hiring a Low Voltage Cabling Technician to work from our Tukwila office.

Compensation: TBD (based on experience).
Department: Cabling Services Team
Description: Immediate opening for an experienced Low Voltage Cabling Technician. Minimum 3 years’ experience pulling and terminating low voltage copper, coax and fiber optic cabling for voice, data and wireless networks required.

Job Description

  • Cabling installation in new or existing buildings.
  • Termination and testing of cabling — copper, coax and fiber.
  • Troubleshooting and solving problems.


  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
  • Must be willing to learn new skills with the ability to follow written procedures and verbal direction.
  • Good communications skills.


Desired Experience and Knowledge

  • General cable knowledge (Cat 5E/Cat 6/RG59/RG6/fiber optic and security cables).
  • Knowledge of telecom color code.
  • Read general system layouts from blueprints.
  • Knows how to punch jacks down to applicable standards.

  • Proficiency with power hand tools and can work a lift.

Senior IT Services Engineer

Given our rapid expansion, Fidelis is looking to expand its IT technical team with hiring a Senior IT Services Engineer to work from our Tukwila office.

Compensation: TBD (based on experience).
Department: Operations – Corporate
Description: We’re looking for a smart, capable, and all-around enjoyable technician to help support our IT Support and Managed Services clients.

What you’ll be doing on a daily basis:

  • Provide technical remote/phone/onsite support.
  • IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.
  • IT Support relating to technical issues involving Mac computers and software.
  • Support of back-up and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN and Terminal Services.
  • Assist with implementations, migrations and professional service projects.
  • Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets.
  • System documentation maintenance and review in Autotask.
  • Communication with customers is required: keeping them informed of incident progress and resolution of service request, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
  • Fast turnaround of customer requests.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Work with the Service Desk Dispatcher to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Escalate service requests that require engineer level support.
  • Document all current and new systems as changes occur.
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses as they occur.


Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an MSP or company helpdesk environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with at least 3 years of customer service experience.

Enterprise Sales Account Manager

Given our rapid expansion, Fidelis is looking to expand its sales team with hiring an Enterprise Sales Account Manager to work from our Tukwila office. This role is perfect for someone that is eager to get in on the ground floor of a fast growing IT support, cloud communications, managed services, and structured cabling solutions company.

Compensation: Salary TBD (based on experience) + Commission.
Department: Sales – Corporate
Description: The Enterprise Sales Account Manager is a consultative business partner sales position. SAM’s develop new business and manage existing accounts by helping their customers understand how innovative technology can and will improve the way they do business. A working knowledge of Fidelis partners solutions, cloud solutions, carrier services, and IT support capabilities is required to meet and exceed quota based goals and gross margin targets.


  • Clearly communicate the Fidelis value proposition through knowledge of Fidelis’s strategic partner solutions and professional services capabilities.
  • Identify, qualify and manage business prospects and determine appropriate follow-up.
  • Establish and maintain a sales funnel that is 3x larger than quota requirement.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Fidelis’s CRM system through sales forecasting and customer contact notes.
  • Obtain vendor partner certifications to increase technical aptitude.
  • Provide direction to assigned Business Development Specialist and/or Customer Service Assistant to reach mutual revenue and customer relationship objectives.
  • Present at Quarterly Business Review meetings and share best practices with peers.
  • Prepare quotes, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform customer needs assessment and analysis and collaborate with professional services and carrier services to uncover all opportunities within an account.

Business Development Specialist (Lead Generation)

Given our rapid expansion, Fidelis is looking to expand its sales team with hiring a Business Development Specialist to work from our Tukwila office. This role is perfect for someone that is eager to get in on the ground floor of a fast growing IT support, cloud communications, managed services, and structured cabling solutions company.

Note: Success in this role after one year could mean growth into a full time commissioned Sales Account Manager position at Fidelis with an earning potential in the six-figures.

Compensation: Salary TBD (based on experience) + Bonus.

Description: The Business Development Specialist is a highly motivated, ambitious and results-oriented individual who is eager to drive business lead generation efforts. Responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing teams by researching, developing and supplying qualified sales leads, following up on both inbound and outbound leads and marketing campaigns. Identifies and qualifies Fidelis products, services and solutions via telephone and email with established and prospective customers; utilizing a consultative rapport-building approach that meet the needs of the small, medium, corporate and strategic accounts size business segments.

Responsible for overall lead qualification process from initiation to appointment set-up; adding prospective customers within mapped sale territories; generating leads and managing prospect lists to grow revenue. Other activities include learning and staying informed on the complete suite of collaboration solutions offered to prospects and customers.



  • Drive new growth opportunity by contacting prospects or existing customers to uncover leads and qualify opportunities regarding our collaboration solutions.
  • Demonstrate a keen ability to assess and quantify total sales opportunity through the use of consultative, value-based selling methods.
  • Manage and respond in a timely fashion to inbound prospects using both written and verbal communication, prospect into marketing lists and pass along qualified opportunities and/or meetings to the sales team for pursuit.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, contacts, opportunities and account information to reflect qualification process and assignment in Autotask while ensuring compliance to Lead Qualifying Procedures.
  • Build and nurture marketing lead pipeline in Autotask for future sales opportunities.   • Contact key decision makers across business functions to position Fidelis and determine the level of need/opportunity for solutions/services. Work through multiple layers of organizational contacts, pursue and prioritize accordingly.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from your own prospecting activities and incoming leads.
  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting responsibilities of success in lead qualification process, appointment set-up and opportunity dollar amounts.
  • Maintain and continually expand knowledge base of products and solutions in detail to articulate benefits and functionality; understand pricing strategy and competitive landscape/positioning in order to properly qualify solutions that fit and contribute to customers success.


  • 1+ years of experience in a lead generation or inside sales role focused in B2B environment.
  • Hungry and passionate about pursuing sales as a career.
  • Exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to clearly articulate, influence, overcome objections while remaining resilient throughout.
  • Skilled in cold calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities within organizations

We are in need of a well-rounded Customer Service Assistant to provide internal support to the Fidelis staff in order to optimize the daily function of the organization and ensure our customers are taken care of in the highest level possible. The goal for the position aligns with the Fidelis value of fostering collaboration amongst our internal team in order to provide unsurpassed service to our customers.

This is an entry level position, and is intended to give exposure to a broad spectrum of the various roles within the company. The position is also intended to prepare the employee to move into a more specific role with defined responsibilities, such as Customer Service, Account Management or New Sales once the employee has exhibited proficiency in the processes and principles of Fidelis.

This is a part-time to full-time position that offers you a chance to help a small company grow, while you do some growing of your own—advancing your career, increasing your skills and experience, and working for a company that values hard work and dedication to professional service.


We are looking for an exceptional person—someone with excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills to deliver a broad spectrum of support to multiple departments within our office. This position is responsible for:
• Answering all incoming calls
• Providing customer service support
• Following up with customers after service has been completing
• Assisting with dispatch requests
• Creating new sales quotes or other documents as requested
• Compiling data for business analysis as requested
• Assisting with the acquisition of parts for scheduled projects
• Providing general office support
• Aiding in specific project requests from the Controller, President or Customer Service Manager

Education and Experience
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an office or customer support role is required. A college degree is preferred. Experience working for an outsourced IT services company or for a telecommunications company is advantageous.

Our office is located in Tukwila, WA, but our clients are located throughout the Puget Sound area. This position will be almost entirely working in our Tukwila office.
