I have worked with several of the employees at Fidelis Communications for over 10 years. Some I have known for only a year. I have received top notch support for my network. The process is simple. I call or email in my support request. I am given a case number. Someone always gets back to me in a timely manner with a ticket number. All of the help desk personnel are familiar with my network so anyone can step in and help with whatever issue I am having. Most of my issues can be handled with a remote session but when I need someone onsite I can count on them to come right away. Recently, we had an outage at the building and power was out overnight. When I got in the morning, I found some equipment had failed because of the outage. Fidelis had a person come by on their way in to work to help get the network up and going before our day here even started!
